I always buy one half size larger with Coach footwear. But these are also not as comfy as Naturalizer, and the styles are very similar. I returned for refund.

Sold by Amazon. Waited over a week for this arrival, so excited. This boot was the perfect color, perfect heel height and cute af. I received a box with 1 damaged boot, no packing, no tape or anything. I reached out to Customer Service, they were unwilling to replace the boots or compensate for damage. I was told they would refund the $90 paid and $15 for inconvenience. Never happened. I was refunded $90 and left on vacation without the boots I waited 2 weeks to receive. I was hurt! ... show more
