The zipper is sturdy and good quality. Leather is authentic and has the tag with that classic gold that symbolizes coach. It’s not too heavy or weighted down so it’s easy to manage with the adjustable strap. Can be styled for every day use as well as going out and being a little dressier. I've been purchasing Coach bags since 1978 (when all they did was leather) and have always been pleased. I am very happy with this bag. My large cell phone fits nicely into one of the snap sections, sunglasses in the other. Small wallet, keys, lipstick, mirror, comb etc. fits nicely into the zippered section. The bag can be used casual or when a little dressy. I find it to be versatile. The only thing I have an issue with is that the shoulder strap is adjustable. I prefer the shoulder strap to be un-adjustable like in the "old days", but that's just me. I still call it a "pocket book" Lol. Anyway, I purchased this through the Amazon warehouse and am very happy with the purchase. It did not come with a dust bag. ... show more
