The purse itself was delivered and wonderful condition with the white silk coach bag cover to keep it in for safety… It is a nice size purse, where you can carry a few things inside it and you can wear it over the shoulder or cross body if you like. The only complaint I have is that I noticed on the coach website. It was a little bit cheaper than what I paid for on Amazon from a private seller and that bug me out just a little bit. And it is missing the little coach part that usually has a chain on it and then a little oblong piece of leather that says coach on either side that’s missing so I’m a little curious about that but it’s too late for me to take it back so I’m just gonna make the best of it ... show more

I'm a fan of Coach bags. This is the first time I ordered it from Amazon and it wasn't worth $550 (not including tax). It came wrapped in a see through plastic, which was then delivered in a package. Very cheaply presented. Coach or whoever does the wrapping needs to do a better job.

This purse is beautiful, classy and elegant. The Napa leather is so super soft yet feels extremely sturdy. It has four interior compartments so it’s easy to find things quickly and easily. It’s hard to see in the picture, but the front compartment is sort of hidden by a flap, so it’s a great spot to keep your wallet. The other two open compartments are a good size for essentials and the interior zippered compartment is good for smaller objects or medication. The design and size are very practical but the best part is this is the way it looks. It’s incredibly beautiful and gets a lot of attention. I get compliments every time I carry it. I could not believe that I got a chance to review this product. They truly live up to their name. This puffy COACH purse is gorgeous and very well made. It is a larger size clutch purse that doubles as a crossbody (or a 2-strap shoulder bag depending on how you wear the chain). It has so much room inside of it and I had no issues fitting my phone, wallet, and makeup inside of it. Everything looked legit on this purse with the serial number on the inside of the purse so I am confident that this is genuine. You will not be disappointed when you purchase this purse. If you are looking for a present for your wife or daughter, this purse is reasonably priced for a designer bag. I would definitely recommend it. ... show more

This bag is better than I was expecting. The leather feels so soft and luxurious and the purse feels well made like it will last a lifetime. I own a lot of coach and have noticed they fell off trend for a while. I read that they completely revamped their products to be more high end and comparable to other luxury bags. This purse shows that compared to my other bags and wallets. The size of this style is perfect. I love tiny bags but this one is considered medium but still feels as comfortable as the small ones. The leather on this is so buttery soft. The quilting pattern on this is beautiful too. You can tell this bag is great quality- it’s very heavy and substantial and the stitching on it is perfect. I’m obsessed with the strap on this- the chain detail is gorgeous but I LOVE that you can wear this as a crossbody or shoulder bag without having to remove or shorten anything, you just pull the strap to the length you want. This holds a good amount too. I do wish the liner inside this bag was a little darker and softer, but it does seem like the material will be easy to clean.
