i bought this bag months ago and i use it every single day. durability- again, i use this bag every single day for months and i am NOT gentle with my bags. this bag literally still looks brand new!!! the leather is still soft without creasing or signs of wear and the hardware is still the same color as the day i bought it with absolutely no tarnishing. storage capacity- i can fit SO much in this bag. i know it looks small, but compared to my Brooklyn 23, this bag fits everything i need and more. i have a full large wallet, keys, various types of eye drops and medicine bottles, and really just all types of random stuff and it still isn’t full. overall- i love how versatile this bag is. you can use the regular leather strap, the chain as the strap, or (my favorite) use the leather strap and let the chain dangle like in the picture. i cannot recommend this bag enough! ... show more

You can never go wrong with a Coach glove-tanned leather purse - the quality is just amazing - but I get compliments in this purse whenever I wear it. I've carried this purse to a wedding as well as just shopping - the black and silver color can be dressed up or down. Love the Juliet bag but I was definitely sent a returned item. While it was sent in a dust bag with both straps and the chain, the purse was not factory-wrapped nor was it stuffed. There were a few marks on the purse and it lost its shape since there was no stuffing, which consequently creased the leather. Ultimately, if returns are accepted and then shipped to customers who are paying the same amount for a new item, more care needs to be taken in polishing and packaging returned items before they’re sent out again.
