My teenage daughter, who loves small, elegant purses, had asked for a Coach bag for Christmas. When this one arrived, I was surprised by the size. It is quite large, and unfortunately, unreturnable. That said, it is a beautiful bag. Once I looked more closely, I noticed it is clearly described as a “carryall,” which explains the generous size. The design is elegant, and the structured shape with top handles gives it a very polished, sophisticated look. She’s so beautiful. The bag itself is perfect. Packaging, also perfect. The only issue was that the bag felt a little dry when I received it. But I don’t think that’s anyone fault. It was probably sitting fully packaged for a while before I bought it.

VERY DISAPPOINTED Packed horribly. Basically thrown in an Amazon box. Leather marred. Doesn't even smell like leather, must have sat on a shelf for a very long time. Leather is dried out.
