The heat press was undamaged and was nicely packaged. Instructions are printed too small and are not straight forward. My husband suggests that screws be included with each attachment. We will be buying more in a few days. Currently we have only tried the flat press and the largest plate press to make sure they worked. Still trying to figure out the temp display. My mugs arrive tomorrow. I will give an update, but so far so good. My rating of 4 stars was because of the good packaging and timely delivery.     • Item arrived quickly however is clearly a return.
Item arrived quickly. Upon opening the large box i was quickly greeted with a shower of styrofoam. once it settled i began removing individual items from the box each one needing to be vacuumed to remove Styrofoam. once all of the mug, plate and hat accessories were removed i removed the Styrofoam block and there it was a pile of bags and wrapping from each of the aforementioned items. i removed the bags and then removed the heat press only to find more bags and wrappings. once all of the Styrofoam was vacuumed up i set up the heat press to take for a test run. when set to 400 degrees F on the display the heat plate is actually 420-440 degrees depending on area of plate. Also the display shows press counts 16 total on this one when first turned on. Over all not to bad of a press for the price but will need to account for heating error. Edit: Seller responded and replaced control box. This has corrected the temperature error. ... show more

If you are just getting started in heat transfer/sublimation printing then this is a great press to start with. This kit comes with everything you need to do flat items (t-shirts, canvas, bags, etc.) as well as two different cylinder presses, a hat press and two different diameter plate presses. A little slow to warm up, the control panel is easy to figure out by fiddling with it. It has three programmable settings for your most common items so you can be ready at the press of a button. I would recommend that it be attached or clamped to the work table it is used on because it becomes a bit tippy when you swing to head over to place items on the platten. ... show more

It came super quick and was easy to set up. Looks just like the pictures and everything was well packaged/wrapped. Unfortunately I could hear a rattling sound in the temperature control box, like parts were sliding around. I was able to open it pretty easily and discovered a part that was meant to be fastened down, wasnt. Both screws were still in the box so I was able to fasten the part back down - easy fix. The tool provided was super convenient and worked perfectly for all screws. Proceeded to put it all together and turned it on. It heated up fine, however the control box is now making a clicking sound. The clicking doesn't seem to be affecting the functionality but it sure is annoying to hear the entire time the press is on. I really don't want to return it as the rest of it looks like a solid piece of equipment, but I'm concerned it could cause a bigger electrical issue. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I purchased this and opened it and it appears to have been used. I haven’t even hooked it up to use, but the fact that there are burn marks and scrapes I was not impressed. Hopefully it works better than it looks!!

    • Very easy to use
I’m happy with my purchase. I love all the different attachments that came with the heat press. The only thing I don’t like is the heat plate doesn’t swing completely out of the way so you can lift the shirt or product up. Other than that it did the job I was needing and I am happy with it.
