Wanted to have everything at hand when tradesmen were here.. this item was installed in June and IMMEDIATELY began to develop rust spots. Very disappointing to say the least. Too bad the other reviews were not written when I purchased! I agree, look for another brand. I will not pay someone to remove it so i could return it. BUYER BEWARE! Seller did respond to my review. At this time has offered a $50 refund and suggested I dry the sink each time it is used. Nov 11, 2024. Update. The seller is still offering us a partial return. Is attempting to tell us how theses issues arose after we purchased ours….I highly doubt that…..the sink is worse than it was and it would not surprise me if it rusts right through the bottom of the sink. Update. January 7, 2025. The seller did offer us a $150 refund. We have not accepted. Made two complaints to Amazon and they did not respond to either. Finally, Spent a lot of time on the phone until I finally verbally forced my way beyond Amazons A/I responder , spoke to at least two humans and Amazon is not going to do anything to remedy this situation.     • Cheap quality and unsafe
Don’t waste your money on this product. Components and quality are cheap. Sink is not sturdy once assembled making it unsafe for our dog and a risk of leaking. We had to use e6000 to glue this to the tile floor in our laundry room so it wouldn’t move around. Otherwise every time our dog went in it it would move around on the floor, risking making the fittings for the p trap loose. We swapped multiple fittings for components from Menards because the fittings in the package were cheap and wouldn’t have been water tight. After a few months of use it’s already rusting. I would try to return this if I hadn’t already spent hours installing it. Eventually we will have to replace it. Don’t waste your money on this. ... show more

    • Poor quality and no customer support
We liked this...at first. But within a couple of months, the faucet went bad and would no longer allow the hot water through. We contacted the company but no response after weeks of waiting. Buy another brand.

This thing is horrible - drain threads, faucet threads too shallow or stripped and connectors and hoses too short. Once I got everything together (and purchased my own hoses and sink drain kit) it leaked because the "O" rings they sent were supposed to be doubled up and caused the treads to barely catch, if I only used one, it leaked like a waterfall. This kit is put together very, very poorly. My advice, buy a more expensive but less troublesome system. ... show more
