A bit thin, but multiple configurations and mounting options make it suitable for various chain driven machines. I have it on a 1000w electric mini bike with #35 chain and it keeps the slack tight fairy well, although the spring could be a bit stronger. Way better than the tensioner that comes with the engine kit. My only complaint is the spring could be a bit shorter, and the hooks are not parallel to each other.

I’ve tried countless different spring tensioners. Many didn’t work from lack of adjustability. This one’s PERFECT!! I’m using a 32T sprocket and it tensions perfect.

Loctite

Loctite the bolt that mounts the arm to the plate before applying the nut, else the nut will fall off and you buy a new wheel like me! other than this the item works "perfectly"
