A bit thin, but multiple configurations and mounting options make it suitable for various chain driven machines. I have it on a 1000w electric mini bike with #35 chain and it keeps the slack tight fairy well, although the spring could be a bit stronger. Loctite the bolt that mounts the arm to the plate before applying the nut, else the nut will fall off and you buy a new wheel like me! other than this the item works "perfectly"
