This is a solid, useful jig from CNC makers Lunyee. Firstly, it is easy to set up and the orientation is already very good, probably good enough for most, without any precise adjustments. Once it is set up, you can machine a batch of items without needing to adjust the jig. This CNC workpiece positioning fixture kit is one of those small upgrades that ends up making a big difference. I picked it up to use with both my laser engraver and CNC router, and I’ve gotta say, it’s been a solid addition to my workflow. On the laser, it fits right into the T-slots of my honeycomb bed with zero fuss. On the CNC side, it mounts cleanly onto the wasteboard via the threaded inserts. Either way, it locks in reliably and helps me get things aligned on the first try. Before this, I was using painter’s tape and the ol’ eyeball method to get things lined up just right and let’s just say it wasn’t the most efficient process. Now I can batch out projects faster and get cleaner, more repeatable results without the setup headache. The whole kit is machined from thick aluminum and feels rock solid. It’s not one of those flimsy gimmicks. If you’re running a CNC or laser setup and want to tighten up your accuracy and save some setup time, this is a no-brainer. ... show more
