Overall, the AnoleX RX6040 has been a solid CNC machine so far, with excellent customer support standing out as a major positive. Pros Strong motor and rigid frame – I’ve had no issues with rigidity or motor power during use. The machine feels well-built and capable. Wi-Fi G-code transfer – The ability to push G-code files over Wi-Fi for local processing is extremely convenient and works as advertised. Outstanding customer support – This has easily been the best part of my experience so far. I ordered the Amazon bundle that included the RX6040 and the 4-piece closed-loop stepper motor upgrade. I’m not sure if it was related to the bundle, but my machine arrived missing the Y-axis limit switch cable, which required me to temporarily use a cable included with the motor upgrade. While upgrading the X-axis motor, I ran into another issue: the M3×10 mounting screws were torqued so tightly at the factory that they damaged the included Allen wrench, preventing me from completing the upgrade. I contacted AnoleX support, and they responded within 24 hours. They provided clear instructions to help remove the bolts and even offered to reimburse me for purchasing a new set of Allen wrenches from Amazon. Despite the initial problems, their responsiveness and willingness to help were excellent. Cons / Areas for Improvement User manual inconsistencies – Page 27 of the manual shows additional cables that do not exist on my machine, and there are no instructions explaining their purpose or where they would connect. This appears to be either a development-model artifact or a documentation error. (see picture included in the review from the manual) Bottom rail slot design – The T-slots on the bottom rails are fairly narrow, and some of the frame bolts protrude slightly. This limits compatibility with several common rail-mounted clamps available on the market, which is something potential buyers should be aware of. Performance So Far I’ve used the RX6040 to cut a wooden Command Zone tray, and the results were excellent. Cuts were clean, accurate, and consistent, which gives me confidence in the machine’s capability moving forward. Final Thoughts While I did experience a few setup and documentation issues, the machine itself performs well, and AnoleX customer support has been exceptional. Based on my experience so far, I’m optimistic about future projects with this CNC and feel confident that any issues that arise will be handled quickly and professionally. ⭐ Recommended, especially for users who value strong support alongside solid hardware.

This thing is a beast. 1.5KW Spindle will power through anything. XYZ are super over-engineered to be rigid. There is no flex in Z at all. This is a no compromise machine. Adding the 7 inch display makes loading and running the Gcode a breeze. There is also the option to upgrade to closed loop steppers, but unless you are really leaning on it, it won't skip steps with the stock steppers. Also, a shout out to Arian Uh at Anolex - there was some damage to the knob on the spindle control box and all it took was ONE email and they are sending me a new panel. UNCOMPROMISED CUSTOMER SERVICE - SUPER POWERFUL AND RIGID MACHINE - JUST BUY IT.

Upgraded from the Anolex 4030 and couldn’t be happier. The machine is beautifully built, incredibly easy to assemble and operate, and the upgraded spindle/work area feels like a major step up. Support has been excellent - quick, patient, and genuinely helpful. Perfect for anyone moving from hobby to small-scale production. Highly recommended.

I’m very impressed with this machine. I bought this having zero knowledge about CNCs, I’ve never used one in my life, nor the software or anything related. This was essentially plug and play. The documentation is solid but even better is the customer support and Arlan. Quick responses within 24hrs, he was able to diagnose my issue (I forgot to tighten something so the motor was just spinning and it wasn’t moving correctly - totally my fault) immediately. I now have my RX6040 up and running and it’s actually much easier to use than I thought a CNC would be. Fantastic build quality, solid machine. I would certainly recommend to anyone, even if it’s your first time!
