Packed neatly and well protected. Product is very well made the stitching on mine was neat. Looks very nice for a formal wedding I will be attending. My only flaw was that it unfortunately did not come with the adjustable strap as it showed on the picture but a different one with gold hardware which I was not fond of. I would have preferred the strap that was on the picture. I ordered the gold on gold hardware as well and it was equally as nice as the black with neat stitching. The only negative was that the bag was slightly scratched on one of the sides. Also the strap was the one on the picture which is nice and wish the black one would have also came with the same style of strap. Also the gold one was slightly bigger and bulkier than the black one. So aside from some differences of both bags I think they are very nice. If the inconsistencies I listed weren’t different for all orders then it would be a five star review for sure. The purse is big enough to fit my cell phone, a small wallet, and my mirror and lipstick and keys. The clasp is not magnetic so it stays closed which I like.
