I really like this purse! It can hold a lot but doesn't feel "empty" if it doesn't have extra stuff crammed into it. I like that it can hold a paperback or hardcover book as I take one almost everywhere with me! When I first received the bag, the long strap was black and did not match the purse. I contacted the company thought Amazon. First, they told me that the strap wasn't supposed to match but once I pointed out that they matched in the picture of that color bag, they agreed to send me a replacement. However, they send me a whole new purse with both straps! The long strap matched this time. Kind of a waste, but now I have 2 bags and 3 matching straps. wanted to give this 5 stars - it's the perfect size and style that i wanted, but the fabric/leather is peeling in many places. worst crack is the one that rests on the top of your shoulder - it's sharp and hurts.... can feel it through my sweater.
