    • Great set for older kids - but too hard for younger kids
This was very pretty once assembled. The directions were good, but too hard for a small child. I bought this for my younger daughter since it said ages 6 plus on it. I ended up putting the whole thing together (it took me at least 3 hours) for her because it was way to hard for her. This would be okay for maybe a 10 year old or older but it was just frustrating for my child. I think she will like it more when she is older. ... show more

This was my first and last non-Lego build kit. There’s a reason Lego kits are more expensive…they snap together better. The plastic in this kit was thinner and more fragile than Lego kits. It took me more than an hour to get that cupola to stay on the 3rd floor. Never again! But it’s PINK, which is what my granddaughter wanted, and I know she will love it. The color is nice, the price was ok a little expensive, that is not Legos brand. It stock 2 hours to build, but over all, All the pieces were there, and my daughter loved it… she’s 7 years old 🤗

Daughter loves it, and I don’t want to go to the trouble of returning for one missing leg. However the figures don’t work without all parts, so I guess she will have to use just one figure instead of two :/ Husband and I were sitting right there when she opened everything, so it definitely just didn’t come in the bag.
