You know what, I’m pleasantly surprised! I got these because my hair dresser never actually dyes my hair the color I want so I have 2 different sets of extensions that don’t match my current color. I got them and tried them today and wow! I was nervous because the picture on here, the ombré isn’t very gradient, it looks like a drastic ledge in the center of the extension. But in real life it blends beautifully with my balayage. I only used 3 of the 5 given in the photo because my hair is so thin I can’t really do much more without it being noticeable. It added just enough thickness without being extremely hot. I did the burn test, and it seems like it’s legitimately human hair. It held a loose curl I put in for more than 8 hours. I’d buy again for sure! For reference I got color 3/8/613 Walnut Brown to Ash in 18”. Update 5/22/21 Just be aware it’s not 100% human hair like it says on the packaging and in description. My extensions have some sort of plastic mixed in, I used my styling tools on it and black something melted into my tools. :( The extensions still look great! But I could do without the plastic or synthetic material that’s melted into my waver now. :( Last image you can see the black caps on the ends of strands, this is what melts off.

Absolutely hands down the BEST extensions I've ever had. I've had in the past tape ins, clip ins, and sew ins. I have thin fine hair, so tape ins and sew ins don't do my hair justice and can be seen through them. I prefer clip ins, because easy on my hair, but the problem I've run into with most clip ins, they don't hide well or hold well, or the color is off. >>I do NOT have this issue with HotBanana Beauty's extensions.<< --HotBanana Beauty's Extensions-- ••The clips are no snag, so if you get a slight tangle when taking out extension, it combs right through, but they hold really well, they are also comfortable!. ••The stitching of hair onto the clip is really well done, and with how the hair and stitching is done, the clips look natural under the hair if they peek through. It literally looks seamless. ••The hair is thick but not overly thick so it looks so natural. Which is an absolute plus. Because if it's too thick and you have thin fine hair, it looks fake. Hotbanana does it in a way that it's natural. If you have thick hair you would need more than one set. I have thin fine hair, I only needed one set. ••My absolute FAVORITE part of these extensions?! THE COLOR MATCH IS IMPECCABLE!! I have has issues color matching past extensions, it was always blamed on monitors being different colors etc. But the hair was all wrong. Not this set, it was a PERFECT match. So not only is this a GOOD DEAL, it's REAL HUMAN HAIR, The color match is PERFECT, they're COMFORTABLE, they are AFFORDABLE. Also, the customer service is TOP NOTCH.

The media could not be loaded. I came back to edit my review. I've been pleased with my extensions thus far except for the random thick, black "hairs" I keep pulling out of my BLONDE extensions. I've done the burn test, and they're plastic. I've attached a video so it can be seen.

I've been wearing hair extensions for 32 years and back in the day I was a licensed hair extension specialist. The quality of these are superb. I've 2-full dresser drawers packed with hair extensions and wigs and these clip-ins are as great of quality as my more expensive human hair extensions. Soft, thick down to the bottom, not easily tangled, and passed the shedding test. The color I ordered is perfect in an ash blonde/light ash blonde and not brassy at all. I am extremely pleased with them and will return to buy another when it is time to.

Super fun to play with a new look! I ordered a pack of clip in hair extensions; 20in Dark brown to dirty blonde ombré - the root matched my natural hair very well but since my hair is in an A-line the back is a lot shorter. This caused a disconnected look between my thick short hair and the long extensions. Since I wanted the “layers” to look more natural I purchased a second set of extensions in 18in to put higher on my head. Worked out great stacking the two sizes! The feel is very soft and comfortable, the clips were secure and they were easy to style. I liked the tips were tapered and not just a blunt cut as well. Perfect for a change during the day or to complete a glam look for going out.
