I have rosacea and this Effect is cooling in my skin. I like that it’s lightweight so I don’t have to use a bunch. It do s moisturize my skin which gas dried as I have matured. I love the smell it’s so fresh and clean

I love this product. Before when I use cold creams or worse, baby wipes, there would always be residue left on my face when I used my toner. The Cotton pad would still have makeup on it. I never get that with this product. And because it keeps my face so clean, I hardly ever have those rosacea bumps or pimples. It helps reduce redness and swelling. So unless you're allergic to one of the ingredients, I would highly recommend this cleanser! ... show more
