I get eaten alive by bugs and have awful allergic reactions, especially in summer when it's just too hot to wear long sleeves and long pants. I tried these stickers and did not get a bite. You don't really notice the smell while wearing them. They don't stick well to synthetic / workout material clothing- best to use cotton or cotton blend clothing. It sticks well to skin even though the instructions say not to put them on your skin- but how else are my ankles supposed to be protected from bites when my (female) shorts are by my upper thigh? They only last for a few hours so you'll need a fresh set if you go out in the morning/afternoon and then at night. Verdict: I highly recommend these!

The stickers repelled mosquitos. I wore 4. One on each wrist, one on my chest and the other on my neck. The ones on my wrist fell off when I started to sweat, which wasn't great. The stickers didn't have a foul or strong odor which was great as I'm very sensitive to smells. I usually get eaten alive by mosquitos but I had two bites. Very happy with the product.

I bought these because my teenage daughter is a mosquito magnet. I didn’t realize until they arrived that they say NOT to place them directly on skin, even though in their marketing photos the woman has it on her skin. Everything I read about them not sticking to fabric was true. We probably used a sheet in a matter of 90 minutes because they kept falling off. I put one on my ankle and it stuck until I got home and peeled it off. I had no reaction, so I’m still not sure why they shouldn’t be place on skin. All in all, I don’t think I’d purchase them again, and I’ll keep putting them on my skin unless the manufacturer gets back to me and explains why that is a no no.

I put on four of these to prevent mosquitoes. I still had a few bites, but at least a little help is better than no help at all! Of course we have so many mosquitoes this year that had I not worn these stickers I would have been covered in bites! I'll take any help I can get! I'm pleased with product and will order again. I love the fact that they are so easy to use.

What a relief! They work better that I could have imagined. It's been a week, and no follow up bites. I keep the stickers on the back of my shoes and baseball cap. The are also on the bedroom slippers, and no bites at night

These stickers are not that great. I had to use a total of 6 stickers to have it work a little better, which is more than what the instructions said of a max 4 for an adult. I put two on each arm (on the short sleeves), another one just underneath my chin, and the last one under my neck on the back. My left arm still gets bitten at least twice every time. But it's fine everywhere else. So I say it works about 60% of the time, not 100% like the spray mosquito stuff. I have tested this many times! It's still a bit better than going outside without any mosquito repellent at all. The other major problem is they don't stick to your clothing! I see the other customers said the same thing. I guess you can "MacGyver" it by using your own rolled up tape underneath the stickers so they stay longer?! But why do you have to do that mess? I just look strange by pressing the stickers to make sure they don't fall off every few minutes. I don't mind the smell. Essential oils are supposed to smell and probably is working to scare off bugs. Well, I tried to go with the "natural" approach. Unfortunately, I guess I have to stay with the spray bottle from now on for just the hot season.

Stickers are convenient. Smell is good not overpowering.I did not notice any bugs around me or find any new bites after being outside doing yardwork for most of the day. They could use a bit more adhesive as they would come loose occasionally but then more might leave residue on your clothes.

These do seem to repel those nasty mosquitoes, but they will NOT stick to anything porous, like your clothing. If you are gathering on your patio, stick them around on the legs or underneath the chairs and table and they do a good job. I wanted to put them on my shirt on the golf course, but they just fall off. I ended up putting them inside the cart where they stuck just fine. Their adhesive quality needs improvement. I may try another brand to see if they would stick better.
