I have been using these type of products for a couple of years. I really like the idea of eliminating harmful chemicals from my home. Unfortunately, there were a lot of disappointments. The PLASTIC bottles are all the same except for a little hangtag on the neck, so you have to make sure you can read it. Also they are half normal sized products so you have to mix it more often. The two scents are very unpleasant to me. The bathroom cleaner makes my bathroom smell terrible. The glass cleaner scent I don’t like either. I like these the least of all the eco-“friendly” products available on Amazon.

There's a lot I like about the idea behind this product. I love the idea of shipping cleaning supplies without their water content to reduce fossil fuels. I love the idea of having every purchase remove some plastic waste. I like natural cleaning supplies without noxious chemicals. Alas, this product falls a little short on the execution. On the plastic negative idea, this cleans up one equal amount of plastic waste to how much plastic is in the bottle. If you really think about that, it's not a big deal. If I go to the park and pick up a water bottle or two littering the trail, I've done as much. Plus they brag about these bottles lasting "forever"---guess what, that's more plastic they've just made, that will allegedly last "forever." There's not even an attempt to reduce that plastic by making the bottles stainless steel. There are no labels on these bottles, and all the spray tops are the same color. To know what's in the bottles, you have to look at the little rubber hang tags (and the one printed white-on-yellow is very hard to read). Couldn't they even have made the spray tops different colors? As far as the chemical content of the cleaners, the "bathroom" cleaner is so strong that it chokes me every time I use it. It may be natural but my lungs object and I find myself coughing every time I use it. It makes cleaning the bathroom really unpleasant. I don't have that problem with the others, but the bathroom cleaner is not one I would get again. I would like this product more if the spray nozzles were different colors, if it came with sticker labels to identify the contents, if the bathroom cleaner weren't asphyxiating, if the holding chamber were not creating more "forever plastic," and if the actual amount cleaned up per purchase were more substantial.

This would be a great gift set to give to someone who has just recently moved into their first home or apartment. It contains all you need to get started on cleaning. I was a little confused at first on what to do and how it worked, but the instructions are pretty clear, and it is relatively fail-proof. I also did not realize that the bottles each have a 'tag' on the top that tells what cleaner is in each bottle. All of the bottles are identical aside from that, so it would be helpful if they marked it on the front or a little more clearly; however, I can always create my own label. Plus, I will be storing the bottles in different locations (their respective rooms). The smell of cleaner is pretty strong - stronger than other natural products I have tried. However, I guess that is a good sign that the contents are powerful and effective. I don't make huge messes, so it's hard for me to say how well it stands up to serious grime, but it has done what I needed to in cleaning my kitchen, bathroom, and glass. I am glad there is a refill for each bottle, and I love how small the packets are. Overall, I am happy with this set. I think it is reasonably priced, considering you get 6 bottles worth of cleaner, as well as bottles you can reuse for a long time to come. I recommend it overall.

Immediately upon opening the box I knew I had a great kit! The presentation is definitely gift worthy (Think Housewarming)! The spray bottles are made with a thick, durable, reclaimed plastic. Each bottle has a silicone loop/label at the neck making it easy to identify which solution you're using. The spray it emits through the nozzle is surprisingly strong, well saturated, and evenly misted. The cleaning solution easily mixed with 2 cups of warm tap water. The 3 scents in each solution are all equally pleasant. Being the Queen of Clean that I am, I am very happy to say these clean fantastically! Each solution did their individual jobs flawlessly and really stood up to any challenge I threw at them.

I love that these are eco friendly with the reusable bottle and refills. Very easy to make the solution from the packets. I do somewhat prefer glass spray bottles in terms of aesthetics, but these are light and less likely to be broken. So far I've used the multipurpose spray and it seems as effective as other such sprays I've used so I'm happy with that. I will say it is very perfume-y which is not my preference, though it's not awful and does dissipate. The yellow writing on the multipurpose bottle tag is not the easiest to read. The sprays were packaged in a cardboard box which was good in that it was recyclable but bad in that the box was larger than necessary. But it did make a nice presentation such that I could see giving this set as a gift to someone with their first apartment.
