I ordered 2 sets of 12. They were packed in styrofoam and well protected. Only one was broken and I will be asking the seller if they can possibly send me a replacement as I need the full 24 that was ordered. I believe that the one broken one may have been cracked or just compromised as it could not have broken while in the packaging. The flutes are sturdy and the glass is clear with no imperfections. I wash them all up easily. In one of my pictures you can see the freshly washed one next to one straight out of the box. These are really great flutes for the price. I will buy more ... show more

Our glasses arrived in perfect condition, well packaged. We needed ours for an outdoor graduation party. They were sturdy enough (tested when several of them were bumped and fell over on the table but none of them cracked!) yet clear and looked great for an evening of celebrating. They are not quite as tall as my nice champagne glasses but I didn't want them to be that tall for this large party. I would highly recommend them for "toasts" and parties where they might easily get broken. ... show more
