OEM PART No retail box - no install instructions Have a certified technician install all parts to prevent product damage and personal injury PREPARATION Tanks are made in a warehouse light scratching, scuffs, or dust may be present on tanks and does not effect performance of tank. Sanitize each tank prior to use to remove any debris from the manufacturing process, wipe with a damp cloth to remove surface dust or scuffs. TANK MUST BE VENTED allowing air in and out when in use. The tanks themselves are not bad it's just a needed bigger water tanks for my food truck and these won't pass inspection cause if I'm using one for fresh water and one for waste water under the laws of my state for water supply for a food truck has to be bigger. So what I ended up having to do is combine these two 10 gallon and 13 gallon along with a 15 gallon tank I brought way before these two to give me the required amount and now I have to get a waste water tank that's bigger than the 3 fresh water tanks. So before I came up with combining which I didn't want to do cause I'm losing precious space on my food truck just to have these 10 & 13 gallon tanks hooked to the water system I requested to return them. So they granted the return only problem I had to pay for the shipping cost to ship it back to them so I can get a refund. The cheapest place I found was going to charge me $71.00 to ship it to them and all the other places I checked were ranging from mid 70's to 100's of dollars to ship it back. I believe I originally paid for the 10 & 13 gallon as a combo set probably $120.00 for both which I'll be losing a significant amount of money just to get what 50 bucks when it's all said and done and with gas prices being what they are probably be close to 30 bucks just to send back. So that's how and why I came up with using both along with another one and combine all 3 to make one fresh water tank. What a bummer. So I don't know who's really at fault, I know I have to take some blame cause I ordered the wrong ones but dang, now we all know they're going to receive the tanks back and resale them for the same price if not more and they're not losing a cent but I'm the only one who's going to lose. Everybody gets to touch my pockets, the gas station, the shipping store, and the company you purchased the tanks from. Now I do appreciate them willing to give a refund but it still defeats the purpose. The tanks were very well made for the two seconds I saw them in the box before needing to send them back. I know it's not their fault and the tanks were very well made. It is what it is. What do you do. So in other words and long story short, I'm stuck with them.😢😢😢😞😞 ... show more

This is the second time I have bought tanks from this seller. This combination tank 10 gallon and 13 gallon tanks is perfect for what I needed. There had been some plastic debris inside, I cut out the large 1 1/2 hole and flushed out the tanks with water cleaning out the plastic and then sanitized the tanks. After install I put 1/4 cup of bleach in the fresh water tank, filled it up with water and let it set overnight. I drained it using my pump into the other 13 gallon grey water tank, then drained that tank. These are quality tanks and have never had an issue whatsoever with them. Some people have written reviews the tanks were shipped with plastic debris in them, it’s simple, use a hole saw to cut out the 1 1/2 plug, use water to rinse out the tank and plastic, then buy a threaded cap end to put into that hole and your good.     • Wish you could drain them completely
These tanks are OK and probably as good as you will find. They would be a five rating if the drain connection was closer to the bottom of the tank. Impossible to completely drain a tank.

When you put water in the tank its starts expanding like a water balloon this is a joke..I want a refund asap..this cannot be used in a camper or food trailer as advertised..pure junk..we tried wrapping a straps arpund that didnt work at all its like its gonna melt in the floor it looks like a snowman melts its ridiculous...PURE JUNK !!!! SHOULDNT BE LEGAL TO SELL THESE !!!!! ... show more
