These are excellent shoes. The shape of the toe box is anatomically correct, i.e. it follows the shape of the foot nicely and does not cramp the foot in any way. I have average to slightly wide feet. I found the sizing to be spot on. I typically wear 11-11 1/2 (EU44-45). I bought these in size 11 (44 1/2) and they fit perfectly. They are a very comfortable shoe. The crepe soles are very flexible. I bought the bronze/brown which is a very soft leather, appears to be some kind of nubuck. The color and soft flexible leather give it the look of an Indian moccasin made out of deer skin. My initial reaction to my first sighting of these shoes was negative due to the unusualness of the center seam. However, after looking at them carefully and trying them on in a store, I immediately warmed up to both the feel and look of them. I now relish the uniqueness of the center seam, as opposed to viewing it as odd. I absolutely love them. I've also tried on the beeswax which is made of a stiffer leather which gives me the impression that it will soften with wear. They are a good looking shoe and the rustic look of the beeswax also works very well with this shoe type. I plan to get a pair in beeswax as well. ... show more

Bought this pair of Clark’s as a gift and they were in love. The shoe is well made and very light. It was true to size and that was a plus. Overall I would recommend as it was very stylish and well received.
