    • Piling After 3 Washes!

After three washes per their recommended washing instructions the flat sheet started piling in a whole section, which clearly indicates fault in the manufacturing. Contacted Clara Clark customer service as they offer “quality assurance” for them to not hold up to their warranty they promote. After emailing back and forth I was offered a $10 refund, which I just accepted cause I was over the battle. Only to be told they cannot issue me the refund and to contact Amazon to request it. Keep in mind they had access to looking up my Amazon order! At this point I gave up, because clearly they have no desire to stand behind their product and makes it difficult for the consumer to get any relief or replacement when their product fails.
