We bought this for my daughter's birthday. It was easy to assemble and very sturdy. There were several kids jumping at obe time and no worries of the trampoline bottoming out or giving way. The ladder makes is very easy to climb up and the ability to zip and fasten the net closed, gives us peice of mind while our daughter is jumping. We are very please with the trampoline. The setup is very straightforward and takes about 2 hours from start to finish. Everyone has been having a blast using it and the structural integrity seem to be great. It even held up just fine through intense winds (60-70 mph) over the last few days

The media could not be loaded. My hisband and I surprised our daughter with this trampoline on her birthday., she'd been wanting it for months. He was able to assemble it in less than 2 hours and I've never seen her so excited!! It made her day and the look on her face was priceless. About the product: high quality, love it! We purchased the 14’ trampoline and my husband and I assembled it. Well, husband 90%, me 10%. The hardest part was attaching the springs, but we managed to get them all connected. (I strongly suggest that you watch a YouTube video before attempting this. The video was very helpful, as the directions that come with the trampoline are a little hard to process. The kids are coming on the 4th of July, and I know they will love this trampoline. Secondly, and equally important, is the customer service. We had a problem where one canopy pin was broken, so we couldn’t assemble the last pole. I immediately wrote to Amazon customer service and they forwarded my email to the seller (Cityle). They said that the seller should answer in about 3 days. Well, they answered the very next day and offered a solution which worked for both of us. Customer service and addressing problems, along with offering a solution, is most important to me. I would gladly order from this seller again, based on quick delivery, quality of the product, and excellent customer service! Thank you, Cityle! ... show more

The trampoline is pretty solid, can handle a lot of weight. The pole with the basketball net cracked, and a few straps on the next broke, and some on the outer apron, within a month. Customer service was good about sending replacement. Did all through Amazon app and only had to send pics of damaged. They sent confirmation of what they wanted to send and sent out replacement netting, apron and one lower pole, right away. The replacement net ripped a couple of the loops, as well, within a few weeks. I think the netting mounts are poorly designed. The straps are sewn to it, and not very durable. It would probably be better to have a grommet loop and have the straps go through that. ... show more

We got this particular trampoline because we wanted something with the higher weight capacity. We got a bunch of kids that come over all the time and my husband and I are on the heavier side than we want to be able to join in and play with our kids on the trampoline. It definitely met our expectations and it was also really easy to assemble. The trampoline eventually got some damage and I contacted the company about fixing it.
