So - we bought this for my ten year old for Christmas. She loves it. Big problem. It beeps LOUDLY the ENTIRE time she’s on it. We thought it was maybe a safety feature but it does it even if she’s not riding it. It’s completely intolerable. It may be faulty, idk but this isn’t normal. It also dies ridiculously fast. You get about 20 minutes on a full charge. Not sure if we got a dud but if this is the norm definitely go with another brand. ... show more

The City Cruiser after a while will turn off so it can be dangerous. Wear knee pads and a helmet. Don't use it when it's off because the self balance won't be on. Be aware that at the beginning there is a loud motor sound. Also be careful about accidently pressing the big black buttons because if you do, you will spin rapidly. On a good note, the City Cruiser seems easy to learn once you get the hang of it. My nine year old daughter says "I would recommend it because it is really fun and it keeps me active." ... show more

We now have 3 of these. My oldest was insistent on this motor. Everyone loves the bluetooth. Have had no battery life problems. We have them for 13, 11, & 8 year old girls. Happy they have so many color choices that we dont have to fight over which one belongs to who.

Terrible customer service! Paid for the 2 year "PROTECTION PLAN" Started having issues with the hoverboard within the first month after purchase . Have emailed the seller AND the SEPERATE party handling the "PROTECTION PLAN" several times with no response.
