First time ever waxing myself. I just wax my lip. I used to wax others in a salon with strips. I thought it would be difficult doing it myself but was really easy. It dries so quick that you need to get it on quickly or it will dry too fast that's why I gave 4 stars. Very easy to remove. This is a little more stringy and thick than traditional wax. It dries super fast but not as messy as the strip wax if you don't have it dripping off the stick for facial areas. It is not really painful, just stings a little when you pull it off. Feels like a bandaid coming off.. Very easy to use. Does the job and has the skin prep for before and after waxing. Didnt leave any stray hairs which was great. Very happy with the purchase.

I have used traditional waxes with strips like Gigi but for my daughter's first waxing I wanted to use hard wax as it is less painful. Worried about buying fake product I contacted Cirepil and they confirmed that Commerce Control is their Amazon source for wax so only buy through that seller! The introduction kit was a great starter. I tried to mimic the pros that have waxed me at European Wax center but it is a learned skill. The wax did break a couple times when pulling it off and it left residue but that is down to me being a beginner. Spreading it well is the biggest hurdle. When I applied a nice thicker layer it came off best. When I spread it too thin it broke. Takes time to figure it out. I went through a lot of wax compared to soft wax so I think it will be more expensive. My daughter had no redness or irritation afterwards. Not bad for her first wax! Overall very happy with product.

I would think that a starter kit would have everything you need but there was no wax ring collar (which direction say not to use without it) or sticks to apply the wax with. Also, the bottle of oil was open and spilled out inside the box all over everything. making it hard to read directions. I contacted the seller, they said it was not their problem, they said for me to contact Amazon. Why would Amazon be responsible for an open bottle inside a boxed kit?

Ok I did mostly purchase this bc of the happy face. But I also am a fan of the cirepil wax beads so I imagined the quality would transfer. I was looking for an upgrade to my tigi wax warmer, something with better temp control. I read through the manual ( very thorough) and instructions suggested 4-5 is recommended. The machine would shut off when desired temp was reached and maintain the wax temp. Not the case, it entirely shut off and the beads hardened. So I would have to turn the heat up and down throughout the waxing. It was a pain and didn’t feel like an upgrade at all. Sorry I really wanted to live this happy wax warmer.

I'm prematurely writing this because I have yet to use the product but I received it today and the blue bottle it came with has leaked all out and there is none left to even try it out. Sad face but I'm excited to try the product anyway, I've heard great things.
