Good chairs. Prompt communication from seller and prompt delivery. Easy to assemble if you pay attention to the part lettering and orientation of the holes. We bought this for our condo so we could look over the rail and not thru the bars of the railing. It is perfect for that. Arm height is better than other chairs we looked at. Overall, we very pleased. Note: fully assembled the assembly will not go thru a 28" patio door without taking the lower footrest off. Once the footrest is off the assembly will go thru the door just fine. Removing the tables would also allow the individual chairs to go thru the door.

Very happy with the chairs. The assembly process was a little tedious with lots of screws and the instructions could have been clearer but everything went together well. The instructions show constructing the left chair and say to repeat for the right chair. But the right chair has to be a mirror image of the right chair so when building make sure that the holes for the shelves are on the inside. My neighbor has the same type of these chairs that are Polywood brand and they are definitely more heavy duty than these but are twice the price.

The first one I purchased took me an entire day to build. I purchased a second one after seeing how well built it is and it only took a couple of hours! They are awesome. We live on a lake and at times we can't keep (patio) furniture from blowing away but finally success!
