This chair is designed very nicely and uses stainless steel quality hardware. It took me about 90 minutes to assemble by myself . I am sure if I had a second person and battery operated driver it would have gone quicker. But I liked it so much I ordered a second one .

Product was simple enough to put together, I was a little nervous at first because the box had some slight damage and tore open exposing the chair, but all was intact and in good shape. Quality when assembled is sturdy and comfortable. The ottoman doesn’t really stay in the track due to the width of the ottoman being a little short and the pegs don’t really stay in the tracks. You need to just move it carefully. I think with hardware that is longer the ottoman should be fine. Another little thing is an adult won’t be able to slide the ottoman back in while seated due to the flex in the seat. You need to get up to stow the footrest. Overall I’m keeping it. They are nice looking and fairly comfortable without any cushions so no worries taking in cushion when you see clouds.

Bought the navy blue which looks great. Not difficult to unpack and assembly straight forward and consistent w one Allen size fitting all screws needed/supplied. I'd describe size as medium and at 5'11", 190 lbs its comfortable with seat not too low. The extracting foot stool and two pull out cup holders are a nice touch. Real nice chair

The slats on the seat interfere with the extension and retraction of the footrest that slides in and out directly under the bottom seat section of the chair. After sitting in the chair the slats bend into the area where the foot rest has to slide that interferes with the extension and retraction function. Better to buy separate foot rest design. While the chair does fold down, it is not easy to carry by the handle cutout, making that feature almost impossible as the heavy weight of chair will open when lifted by the integrated handle cutout. The plastic composite material is the best thing about the design and there is an expectation of durability despite the bending of the slats mentioned above.

My patio is made much better with this Ciokea Folding Adirondack Chair. The quantity of parts meant assembly would take some time, but it was doable with the clear instructions. Great feature: I can be comfortable without becoming numb in my legs like I do with other chairs thanks to the pull-out footrest. But, when the footrest is extended, it could be challenging to get off of the chair. It easily folds up to save space when not in use, which is something I truly like. My car ashtray and my drink are kept in one of the two functional cup holders. Sitting by the fire pit or outside is perfect because the chair feels sturdy and well-made. Regardless of the assembly procedure, I'm quite satisfied with this chair and believe the added comfort and functionality make it well worth the effort.
