Nice keyboard and mouse. good quality
Color: KF002-Blue
Very much like the keyboard, good size, small enough to easily fit in my computer bag. I like the mouse but having trouble with it tracking. It might be a mouse pad issue, as my mouse pad has a pattern.

Convenient and affordable
Color: KF10-Wine Red
Works great. You can barely hear the keyboard when typing. Didn't bring batteries but just be sure to have 3AA batteries. 2 for the keyboard and 1 for the mouse

Pretty but defective? *UPDATE*
Color: KF10-Baby Blue
Purchased end of July. Started using mid-September through now and keys don’t always work. Sometimes they don’t work until after repetitive tapping. Maybe I got a defective product because I just started using it and it’s not great for work. I have to be mindful of what I’m typing otherwise you will have a lot of typos. *UPDATE* The seller reached out to me and was very kind. I explained the issue and they replaced my item. I’m so glad because this is a cute and quiet keyboard to use at work. I cannot stand the clacking of keys constantly and this keeps it quieter than most other keyboards. ... show more

Works great!
Color: KF10-Wine Red
I love this keyboard and mouse! It's sturdy and has held up to me typing on it all day every day! It's big enough for me to use, yet small enough to not be in the way. I have to change the batteries every few weeks, but that's what I signed up for.

Brings out the rage
Color: KF10-Wine Red
I should've heeded the advice from many other reviewers. This product at first glance it looks very nice and for what it's worth the one star could be given for its appearance. Unfortunately this is where the pros stop. Everything about the functionality of this is horrible. Sitting about 12-16 inches from the dongle so results in substantial drops and often I find myself typing with no input. The mouse frequently skips around the screen or freezes all together. Both the left and right mouse buttons are monster mash. Just the mushy things you could ever imagine. No physical feedback, hardly an audible noise, I seem to find myself clicking with just the inner pieces near the wheel for any type of feedback from the mouse. The plastic is glossy and print to excessive fingerprint smudging but I guess that's to be expected and it's not a knock on the functionality just dated aesthetics. Both devices are run from one dongle which may be causing some of the issues. On that note make sure you don't lose it otherwise you'll need to replace the whole set up. Overall this is just a junk product but you also get what you pay for. I'd send it back but I was tricked into a place of false security and the away the box before this thing started acting up so I'm stuck with it. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars and buy a well known brand you'll be thankful. ... show more

NEED TECH/CUSTOMER SERVICE
Color: KF10-Wine Red
I bought this nice looking keyboard and mouse set on 9/3/23. Both the keyboard and mouse have been working fine until last week. The right click button on the mouse DOES NOT WORK. I have watched numerous YouTube videos on how to fix the issue. Nothing worked. THIS IS A DEFECTIVE MOUSE. I paid $35 dollars of my hard earned money and received a defective product that lasted just about 7 months. There is no tech or customer service support. I should not have to pay for a product that only lasted 7 months with very minimal use. I AM WRITING THIS POST TO ASK SOMEONE FROM THIS COMPANY TO CONTACT ME AND HELP RESOLVE THE ISSUE. I am giving this product one star. If this is a decent company, I expect to hear back promptly. I will provide an UPDATE in a few days. **UPDATE***I am happy to say that this company did respond back to my review. They were professional, kind and did ask me to explain the issue in detail. They did also offer me a refund and apologize for any problems this may have caused me. I am changing my rating as this company seems to be quite responsive and customer oriented. ... show more

Takes a beating and still works like a charm!
Color: KF10-Wine Red
I’ve had this keyboard and mouse for about two years and came back to write a review because in the last year, I’ve started working from home while watching my grandson. He’s obsessed with both pieces, so I pull out the connector and let him go to town. He beats the keyboard up with the mouse, HARD. If you shake the mouse, something is loose in there but I plug back in and this MIRACLE set just keeps working for me. Highly recommend!!! ... show more
