I've worn this hat almost daily while training for ultra marathons. I've worn it now through three races as well. It fits great and is very comfortable. It's so lightweight that it doesn't cause you to overheat. It does a great job catching sweat - I wear it backwards normally and find that the sweat collects and then drips off of the back of the brim onto the ground instead of running down into my eyes or soaking my shirt. It is a nice cap, but it runs large in comparison to others. I had to return mine because it felt too large for my lil skull, but I like the design and the material of the hat. Maybe I should try Alzcap.

I use this to protect my bald head from the Florida sun while exercising. Works well without overheating me and I like that it is solid white, including the logo. Washed it a few times and is holding up well. Hard to find a "cooling" exercise hat not full of holes that will burn my head.
