Loved the collar, although it only last maybe 2 weeks and the thread started coming undone on the collar and fraying very easily. Which made it basically fall apart. I wouldn't recommend.

Just received this collar yesterday. It is cute but it does not stay latched on our labradoodle. At first I thought I just didn’t latch it properly and put it back on her. It fell off two more times. I sent the seller a request for return, I’ll update if they can make this right. Also- the etching is off center and my phone number barely made it on. Not the biggest deal since it can be read, but just shows the quality is not great.

I bought this for my 7lb poodle. It's a little large for her. By large, I mean wide and heavy. The fabric is thick and the adjustable part makes it stick out quite a bit once brought down to her size. She has a sensitive trachea so the heavier metal just isn't going to work for her. It also makes noise and rattles the metal clasp when she walks which annoyed both of us. It's very well made but just didn't work for her. The personalized area came out great and it arrived within the time frame given at purchase date. Only gave 4 stars because of the rattling and the portion where the adjustable fabric becomes very thick on the side. It isn't the product's fault that it otherwise wouldn't work for my pup.

First, I want to say that my dog is VERY tiny, and standard store-bought collars for her 10” neck, are usually “S” or “XS.” Anyone who has purchased collars in this size range knows that the smaller the size, the narrower the width. This results in a collar that is almost string-like. For an incredibly impulsive and fast, mini golden doodle, it’s a struggle to put a harness on her but if I don’t, her delicate neck could be injured. I’ve been on the lookout for a better solution, and this collar is it! The collar is beautiful! The material is lightweight, yet feels strong. I was able to customize the length without sacrificing the width, so her neck is better protected. The seller is FANTASTIC! After placing my order, I sent a follow-up message with some questions and they were answered in less than 24 hours! When the collar arrived, there was an unexpected issue (for me) in the way the length was customized. No need for details because it probably wouldn’t affect most purchasers, but what IS important is the continued, timely responses from the seller, as we worked out a solution. The collar is being remade to meet my expectations, and as soon as I receive the new one, I will post pictures. A little bit of a delay, but with the quality of this collar, it’s worth it! I have every reason to believe the replacement will be perfect!

Bought this same collar in 2021. Very good collar but needed a new one right away. "Chose buy it again". Collar received was same pattern but not as wide. Both orders list size as Medium. First collar was 1.25 wide, medium. I received a small, 1" wide. Needed it right then so I kept it. Latch on the first was substantial & good quality. Latch on the new, light weight, looks & feels cheap. Stella is an Am Staff, it is important to have a very good sturdy collar. First day the latch came loose a couple of times. Same thing the next day, easy for her to pop it open. Third day when she tugged it loose, I went to the shed, dug through old pet stuff & luckily found an old collar for now. She wore the new one for 3 days and got it dirty so didn't want to hassle with returning it. I'm sad because the first one was perfect.

So cute! A heavy duty clasp and love that her name snd my phone number are on it too! This is the 2nd similar collar we have bought. This one is a wider strap and I love it even more! Our last one is a tiny bit worn but was 3 years old. We put it in the washer and it cleans up great! Well worth tbd money!
