This product is OUSTANDING! The quality is top notch. Perhaps the most amazing thing, was the clear assembly instructions, just pictures but very accurate. Mor amazing, every parts bag, bolts, screws and so forth, was labeled with the corresponding letter for the instructions! I’ve never seen that before. No more guessing, is that screw and H, or a C? Also, each bag had an extra screw or bolt, or nut, VERY nice addition, as I did have one disappear under the dryer! The pseudo wood surfaces are sturdy, heavy even. The rails are solid, not flimsy like so many other products. Word of advice, pay close attention to the photos, it’s all to easy to install a board surface or rail, the wrong direction! Only to redo later once you figure out your mistake. Now, I’m trying to find an area where we could use another one! Definitely 5 starts on the product and from the seller, very impressed. ... show more

Hi I actually refused my delivery so I could get a different bakers rack because I changed my mind and I have 3 boys so I needed something bigger with more space but I will never in my life refuse a delivery again because Amazon gave me all kinds of trouble & tried to tell me that my item got delivered. I had to argue with them for DAYS to get my refund back and then had to talk to the actual seller and then also had it on video that the package was never delivered & that the driver put it back in the truck but then my video wouldn't send because it said the file was too large. Never in my life will I EVER refuse an order again . I'll just return it myself next time . . . But anyways I'm sure this product would be as good as the bigger one that I got it looks nice. !!! ... ... show more

Absolutely love this item. I am currently disabled and putting this together was simple. It did take a couple hours but that’s because I have to pace myself to not further my injury. The plugs all work and have been great even with an air fryer. I love the colors and all the shelves and hooks too!
