The skateboard came just as shown and was the perfect gift! Rides smooth, great design with convenient carrying sleeve... However, the carrying sleeve that comes with it has a zipper. The seam was busted on it and the first time it was unzipped to take the board out, the zipper fell off! Tried to contact customer service but the only option i was given was trouble shooting for an electric board (not the version I ordered). Update: finally figured out how to reach customer service.
