This bean bag chair is way overpriced for the quality. It has a cheap liner bag filled with chunks of some kind of hard foam. It’s not comfortable and cheaply made. Should be more like 30 dollars. Also, as other reviewers said; mine arrived without the cover. I contacted the company and they said the couldn’t ship me a cover because of inventory and they said they couldn’t ship out of the U.S,, but I’m in the U.S. didn’t make sense. The company has the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I would 1000% recommend buying a different bean bag chair. ... show more

This is such a cute being bag because of the trendy pale pink color. I did have to reach out to the company it’s self to send over the bag cover because when it arrived it just came with the phone. They were super communicative and attentive. I probably spent 5 hours in total shopping for a bean bag on Amazon (I think I read every single review for 5 different bags) before pulling the trigger on this one. I washed the cover as soon as I got it home, but it didn't smell as I've read in some reviews. BTW, this is the 5 footer in brown and it weighs about 40 pounds in the box. It is super easy to unpack and get inside the cover. The pictures show as soon as I put it in, about 10 mins after unpacking, and one about 3 hours after. I assume it will expand more, at least I hope, over the next 24-48 hours. But so far so good, its very comfortable and looks perfect for the empty spot in the corner of my living room. I had a chair there that nobody ever sat in, so I thought something more unique would be better for football season! Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase and was a bit nervous if I'd made the right choice. I will post an update in a few days, hopefully it will have expanded! ... show more

My daughter loves it and easily fits on it (she's a 5'2" college student). Enough foam (though we didn't read the instructions and let it come out of the inner bag) and doesn't have a chemical smell. Exterior is a nice brown, not charcoal.

Four star initial experience now five stars. We ordered three of these for our three girls. We followed the instructions to break apart the foam and allow for time for the bean bag to fill out. One of the three was very nice and puffy. One was filled less but definitely livable. The third seemed very under-filled (about 60% the size of the largest even though they were all 5 feet bean bags). I considered trying to return the smallest, but I contacted Customer Service first and asked if they had extra foam. They responded immediately with tracking information, and they sent us more than enough to make up for the difference. The normal customer service experiences I've had in life feel rather clunky, but not this group. They were fast to respond and easy to work with. Our girls love these chairs. Although the initial experience wasn't perfect, the five star service made up for the slight disappointment for the undersized bag. ... show more
