Purchased this beautiful tree for a lady friend in assisted living facility. She did not have room for a floor tree - this one made her smile! Received Packaged securely and very easy to assemble. Star is beautiful but the hole is too big at the top so star droops over, we did place tape around it to keep it upright in place. Overall we are so pleased for this beautiful tree..and it will be enjoyed for many years to come.

Well made glazed white tree . Impressed by the double lighting fixture that fully lights the base of as well as the top of the tree. The beautiful star tree topper has a silicone sleeve fitting for the stem of the star so it fills the hole. Looks great!

This product was a gift to my daughters. They loved the ceramic tree in childhood home. This was as close as I could find. The bulbs on this are a permanent fixture on the tree. They are enjoying it!

I bought the Pearlized Green tree for my wife. Her grandmother and my mother had one, so this is something to remember them by and a nice mix of old and new. The Pearlized version is fired with a different glaze and has a nice sheen to it. I bought this version because the colors looked a little darker in the pictures, which I thought looked better. The light green that represents the bottom of the branches/needles is a bit lighter than I expected, but still looks nice. The daylight photo might make it look a little more white than it is in person, but it's not. That's just the sheen from the Pearlized glaze reflecting. I'd like to address some of the biggest complaints in the reviews. They did make me nervous about this purchase, but as it turns out, I don't think they're as bad as some made them out to be. 1) One of the biggest complaints was the light bulb not being bright enough. Maybe this is a newer design, but we got the kind with 2 bulbs, just as it's pictured in the product photos. One bulb socket is placed atop a metal "bar" attached to the bottom bulb socket, so it reaches higher in the tree and lights the top and star. These 2 bulbs may not be the brightest in the world, but I think they do just fine. Some have also complained that they don't last. Well, think of all the battery operated products that you buy that don't even come with batteries. Or come with cheap, generic batteries that don't last. This isn't much different. If we get this tree out next year and the bulbs still work, I'd say it's a success. But if they don't last long, I don't mind because nightlight bulbs aren't expensive. 2) Some people complained about the styrofoam packaging falling apart and making a mess. Only a couple tiny pieces came off when removing the tree from the styrofoam, far from being a mess. It's possible they've improved the packaging. 3) A couple reviews made note of some holes that are drilled into the ceramic that are much larger than the colored "bulbs." I did notice this, too, but you can only see it if you're up close and looking hard enough. The "bulbs" in these larger holes are not loose because of the glue. Speaking of the glue, someone also made note of some of the glue being visible. Yes, there are a few holes with visible glue. But it's fairly clear and, again, can only be seen from up close. No one is going to be looking at this thing from a foot away, inspecting every inch. Once you get a few feet away or farther, none of these flaws (if you can call them that) can be seen. 4) I noticed one or two reviews that said the star did not fit snugly in the top of the tree. Ours came with a clear rubber sleeve around the bottom point of the star that made it fit snugly in the top hole. If yours did not have this, first look in the package and inside the baggie the star and cord came in. If not, then you could probably remedy this with any small piece of rubber, like a rubber band wrapped around the bottom point of the star to get it to fit snugly in the hole. Do I have any complaints? Nothing major. I wish the Holly design on the base of the tree had some color to it to make it stand out more, but when it's dark and lit up, that's not an issue. Also, there's a small cut-out that straddles the power cord and allows the base to sit flat. If the Holly represents the front of the tree, then this cut-out (and cord) are not positioned directly opposite the Holly. They're a bit to one side. If the Holly is at the 6 o'clock position, then the cord sticks out the back at the 11 o'clock. It'd be nice if that was set directly behind the Holly. But since the Holly isn't very visible from afar anyway, you can center the cord to the back if you want. I've rated the "Durability" with 3 stars, but only because it is a fragile decoration. Aside from being ceramic, you should be gentle with the colored "bulbs" to make sure they don't break off. I'm so glad I bought this for my wife. She loves it and so do I. It's a welcome addition to our Christmas and honors a couple loved ones we've lost.

Actually love the look....my only dislike was tree advertised at being 16 inches high...so I expected the actual tree to be that high. But, the actual tree is only 12 inches high....the other 4 inches is because of the star tree top you attach to the top.
