The picture of the curtains was taken after getting up. We can close them tighter to keep out light if needed during daytime hours. We are living in an apartment in the city and our bedroom window faces the drive coming into the complex, vehicle lights and security lights were a real problem. These curtains cover the light very well and I want to see a little clarity in the day, that was the reason for returning it. I also didn't like that the fabric feels a little plastic and heavy and doesn't drape.

I ordered them in a natural color. They are thick, but they were delivered wrinkled. One of the packages was open and stuck to the curtains. I tried ironing them but the wrinkles remained. To make matters worse, as soon as I opened the package there was a pungent smell that made me feel sick to my stomach. it wrinkles incredibly easily because it’s that low quality harsh fabric instead of the cotton thicker ones. it does block light though. it’s grey, not white.
