They are well made, and provide a level of darkness, letting just enough light through to know it’s morning. I also have blinds in the room, so with both it can get really dark, even at high noon. I bought the purple set of curtains to act as a light barrier to my bed I live in a small trailer and instead of a bedroom door I have these curtains I was happy with the purchase they are very soft and the color is pretty. They do keep a lot of the light out and they are not heavy & they will be easy to take down to wash them all in all a good value for my money they crappy lighting in my rv doesn’t do the curtains justice but they were a lighter shade of purple than I originally saw in the photo

I've had blackout curtains in my bedroom for many years. One of the panels behind the bed fell apart so I had to find a replacement. I bought a pair at a local store and hated them. After they were hung up I realized that they felt and sounded plastic. They went back! I looked at a ton on Amazon and finally decided on these. The fabric is soft and they hang nicely. They are not total blackout, but they do keep the room just as dark as my old ones. I would definitely purchase these again.

We needed some darkening curtains for a project where I had to stay up very late for a few weeks. Decided to get these curtains and see if that would work for me as. They were a snap to install (after ironing of course) and work surprisingly well. An added perk is they actually are keeping the room a bit cooler since it had two large windows that got a lot of sun. Even though the project is over, we are keeping the curtains installed and just have them parted unless we need them. They darken the room nicely and look nice enough for every day use.

Bought these for 2 rooms in our new house that had no blinds or curtains. Our AC does its best but it gets hot upstairs! These have definitely helped keep the sun and heat out! When hung with blinds I could see them being full blackout, but they still let bits of light through if they are the only thing covering the window. They are dark and heavy duty though and a good purchase for the price!
