These chairs are amazing. They came in only two different pieces, so not a lot of assembly required. I loved this detail because the more you have to assemble, it seems like the more ability to be less sturdy. These chairs have zero rocking in them, they look expensive, and are very comfortable to sit in. The backs on the chairs are only a few inches higher than the counter height, which I really like because it doesn’t block the view from the counter to the dining/living room. Omg I love these soooo much! Easy to put together, sturdy, perfect height, easy swivel - exactly what I wanted! I agree with others about getting the stickers off the legs. That was definitely annoying but putting a hair dryer on it & using some elbow grease got them off. Doesn’t take away from me giving these 5 stars! If you’re hesitant on buying them, don’t be! You’ll love them :) ... show more

I bought 4 of the same chairs in spring 2022 and they were all fine. When I bought 4 more (only 2 arrived so far) product was not the same as the original quality item purchased in spring. BEWARE Many Amazon sellers cheapen the product after it already becomes popular .. this has happened several times in our case. 1. HASSLE return .. first I received 1 label for 2 boxes -- a common Amazon error according to the UPS man. 1 LABEL PER BOX .. contrary to what one Amazon agent told me. Not his fault...Amazon needs to train staff to know 1 label per box !! AND insist sellers send 1 label per box. Not rocket science. In this case, after UPS understandably refused to pick up, I cancelled the return on my account, then tried to return them AGAIN; this time returning them 1 at a time. NOW I have to wait 3 days for them to send me a label. 2. Cheaper quality, Poorer quality control. Chairs do not swivel back to original position where your feet would land on the plate. They lack a spring in the mechanism, so wherever you sit you could be putting your feet straight on the wood + damage them. 4. Leather wrinkled in right corner on both. Bought these chairs for my kitchen island. They are absolutely gorgeous. They go very well with my dark hardwood floors and really bring life to my kitchen. They are also completely comfortable which makes it all the better. I am not one to leave reviews but I think everyone should hear about this great product. I am completely satisfied and extremely happy that I decided on these. Highly recommend if you are looking for a well made and comfy product. ... show more

Easy to assemble, superb quality and packaged to perfection. I had no damages to my 2 chairs. It took about 45 minutes for me to assemble 2 of them (I'm a small lady). I'm in the process of purchasing 2 more.

First the positive, barstools look just like the picture and the color is a very nice medium heather grey. They are fairly simple to put together, (and I’m not particularly handy), but the directions were clear and all parts are clearly labeled. And herein lies the first problem the parts labels were not easy to remove. I contacted the Seller and they were quick to respond about the best way to remove the label (use a hairdryer to loosen the glue). This worked some of the time as the label came off cleanly, but other times I had to peel it off in small pieces and this was frustrating and time consuming. The second issue has to do with trying to level the legs, this was a chore on one chair, but not an issue on the other one. Maybe include washers so that it’s easier to get the barstools level ... show more

Chita was very good about the return policy. Sadly we needed three chairs and they were out of stock. The one chair we received is very well made, comfortable and nice looking. Wish we could get two more!
