    • Poor coverage of the Ridgeline
I was disappointed with the amount of material on the Ridgeline, which is what I own. I realize that it shares many components with the Pilot and MDX, but there really was a lack of coverage on Ridgeline specific items. For very general things, this manual will suffice, but if you want detailed information about the Ridgeline I would recommend spending the money on purchasing a used set of Honda official Ridgeline Service Manuals. ... show more

    • Some good info, but horrible B&W photography, not something you should see in 2016. Also, THIS IS THE SAME AS HAYNES!!
There is good information to be had, however, in 30 years of buying their manuals, quality has progressed *none*. Grainy, poorly-lit B&W photos on relatively rough pulp, and only for some tasks. This is 2016 - people will pay more for high quality color photography and clear color-highlighted diagramming to identify all the relevant parts for each section. I wouldn't write throw-away documentation of this quality, expecting someone to come behind and make sense of it. Some information is carefully sorted to the correct model and year, other information which is supposed to apply to multiple models is flat-out wrong and very specific to one. But by far the most inexcusable - this manual is also sold under the Haynes name, word for word and page for page identical after the cover and intro, and they continue to trick people into buying both, who think they'll get another perspective.
