I initially considered Franklin brass, that’s what I’ve always used in the past, but the prices are just beyond what I can afford these days. Please note. the assembly instructions are very easy and clear to read, I installed them in around 20 minutes. The set is sturdy , durable and well made. Finish is lovely and just what I expected from the photographs. installed now for about 2 months and holding up very well. They are designed to last! Overall I am very happy with this purchase.. Loved this set until I unwrapped the pieces and placed them on the wall. With the extended depth of the towel rack, any person entering the bathroom could knock into them. Was very happy with the extendable width but the double bar makes them much too deep for an average guest bathroom. It's a good buy but regrettably I had to return them.
