I had C-section and the height adjusting feature is so important. I picked it because I want a bassinet that we can easily move to different rooms, to the study when I am working, to living room when we are watching TV and to the bedroom when I am sleeping. Sometimes my husband and I would take different rooms and when we want each other to take care of the baby we just wheel the baby to the other person. I originally bought a pack n play because this one was more expensive and people keep telling me the baby will outgrow the bassinet in a few months. But only 2-5 days after coming home from the hospital my SO was complaining about back pain. I realized as I was looking at the pictures I took of him taking the baby out of the pack n play, it is way too low for him. He is 5'9 and I am 5'6. So perhaps pack n play would work better to people who are a bit shorter, but not for us. We don't need back pain on top of taking care of a new born. I decided to get this one and it is a great decision. It saved up so much space as it moves it is essentially the only needed baby station (other than bouncer and swing). I saw a reviewer complained about its legs getting in the way--i get that, I got tripped once or twice too, but I think the legs must be long enough to ensure the whole thing is always stable and balanced, like the bassinet we had in the hospital. So I don't think it's a design flaw, it s just one of those thing you'd need to get used to, for the safety of the baby. ... show more

So we have the Halo bassinet. It doesn't move. This is on wheels and doubles great as changing station. Absolutely love it. In a lot of ways it has made the Halo obsolete. Wish we had found this first. Live and learn from our mistake.

We purchased this bassinet so that we could keep our newborn close-by. She sleeps 6 to 8 hours a night at only two months. The mesh sides allow her to see us as she falls asleep. The bassinet is very sturdy.

I always run into the legs which is kinda annoying. I wish it rocked and or had an incline option. Didn’t realize I would want those features until baby was home and we didn’t have them.

Came in sooner than expected! Absolutely the same thing that every other retailer is selling for more! Almost purchased this from another retailer when I found this on here for significantly less I was very grateful! I was worried initially that it would come in damaged or open box, etc because it was much cheaper than where I originally found it but that wasn’t the case. Was easy to assemble with my husband.
