My boss was rebuilding a hydraulic cylinder and couldn't get the piston off with the 1" drive impact. I pulled my 3/4" drive CP7769 out and he laughed. Well a few seconds later the piston was off, I was re-sealing the gland, he was re-sealing the piston, and we had it back together in no time. Few days later same situation, but we were needing to replace a pinion seal on the rear axle of a Peterbuilt. This time, the problem wasn't the 1" impact not having the power it needed, it was too big. Mine fit perfectly. So, this is a smaller, lighter impact with more power that a Harbor Freight ( yea, I know ) 1" impact. ... show more
