Being almost 6 feet tall it is important to have pants that fit you to your ankles. And not all of us tall women are heavyset. Some of us are pretty lean. So it’s good to be able to get the size that we need. It’s good to have these on Amazon, they are a good quality. Sometimes a little overpriced. Because as you wash them, they become thinner and thinner.

I usually wear about a size 14 (168 lbs), I'm curvy through the middle and the large fits great, on the roomy side even! I've bought 4 pair now. They aren't paper thin which is nice being in Wisconsin in winter, but they also aren't too heavy. I love them.

I would recommend you order a size smaller than your normal, as they run big. There isn't any stretch, but I do not believe there is supposed to be. They do look nice, not like sweat pants. Pleased with everything other than the size... my rear-end disappears in them...lol...

So I went with the reviews that these were true to size, or a bit large. I went with my usual size. At 5'7 and 190 lb. I comfortably wear a large in Cherokee and Dickies everyday. My usual go-to in Dickies has changed so I was looking for something in another color that was a comfortable to slightly loose fit for 12 -hour work days in the procedure room. These are as snug as yoga pants for me. Perhaps everyone else is a very thin straight build or you like your scrubs tight on your legs. I carry my weight pretty evenly distributed between my legs, hips and abdomen, more of a muscular build and I wouldn't even be able to walk down the l hall in these comfortably. I'm really disappointed because I like the feel of the fabric and the cut of the pants. So I do not agree that for these are a larger fit. Really look at those measurements and potentially size up if you are anything more than thin.
