As a Taurus foodie, I’ve always wanted one of these. Never really looked into it much or thought about it until it popped up under my suggested items one evening. Decided to purchase and love the overall material and comfort. Made really well, great quality with fire material. I would definitely suggest sizing down one size as it does run large. Easy to clean & will keep your clothes protected when cooking in the kitchen. Great price, happy with my purchase and would recommend to anyone.

I really like the zipper feature of this design instead of the traditional buttons, and the tailored fit is more stylish than the traditional boxy fit. Keeping in mind that it's fitted, if you are busty (larger than a D cup) I would size up just to ensure the girls are contained and you can still zip it up. I'm a 36DD and typically wear a large, which is what I got here, and I do wish I had sized up for a more generous fit. I can comfortably wear a tank top or thin tshirt underneath, but a thicker cotton T would not work. It's most comfortable wearing it as a shirt, with just a sports bra underneath, but I think if I had sized up I could used it more like a jacket. The mandarin-style collar is nice and comfy around the neckline, without being too high and overall the fabric is smooth and not scratchy,. It's surprisingly breathable, which is also very nice when you're in a hot kitchen. Stains lift out easily but I do recommend soaking any oil-based stains in cold water before washing, then treating with a little blue Dawn to break up the oil before washing. Very nice jacket and a great gift for any inspiring chef!

This coat is form fitting but comfortable and flattering. If you want it looser, maybe go one size larger. I don't like tight clothing but was very happy with the fit of this coat when I ordered my regular size. I love how the collar stands up, looks nice. In addition to the thermometer pocket on the sleeve, there's an open, shallow pocket on the inside (front right hip). You can't fit much in it, maybe a credit card, dollar bills or a single key (too shallow for most cell phones). At the neck there's a snap and loop for hanging the garment. The yoke on the back is mesh so you stay cool. The coat is made of several layers and the seams run north-south so it lays flat and fitted on the body without being so thin that every bump and roll shows through. The silver zipper was a little stiff at first but worked smoothly after a few tries. The washing instructions are so easy -- wash in hot water with like colors, tumble dry and press with iron as needed. Very cool that this coat is made from recycled plastic. I haven't had it long enough to comment on durability. Initial impression is that this will be functional wash and wear for cooking, pet grooming or other messy activities. I recommend this nice coat.

As I had anticipated it’s a great quality chef coat. I absolutely love the overall design and the way it fits. It’s breathable, comfortable and it looks just as it is shown in the photos. Without a doubt I would recommend this product.

It looked nice but wasn’t durable to kitchen chemicals at all. Now there is a huge bleach stain and I can’t wear it anymore. Costs way too much for its lack of durability. I wore it only one day. Cleaning in a kitchen is a must, so fabrics (at least if they cost this much) should have some defense against it. A cloth apron doesn’t protect your clothes. All in all just really disappointed and out $47.

This is a decent chef jacket. I am a big fan of the Springfield jacket by Chef Works and I was excited to try out this one with the extra breathable fabric. It is more breathable, but it is lacking in a couple of other areas. The tag in the collar was so itchy and annoying, I had to cut it out before I could wear it. The apron clip on the back of the collar works, but is oriented opposite of what I would consider intuitive for ease of use. Also, I like having a pocket on my right arm in addition to the pen pocket on the left. Honestly, if they could combine the stretch and breathability of this jacket with the design of the Springfield, I would buy so many of them! As it is though, this jacket is fine for really hot days, but not one of my favorites.
