I picked this up hoping for a solid board to entertain with and the build quality itself is genuinely good, the acacia wood looks great, and the whole set looks attractive when it's laid out. The problem for me was the size, at 13 inches across it sounds reasonable on paper but once you put down a few wedges of cheese, some meats, and crackers you run out of real estate pretty quickly especially if you're feeding more than two or three people. The bigger issue though is the ceramic dishes that sit in the board and are supposed to help you keep everything organized and neatly separated, and I understand the idea but it fundamentally clashes with what makes a charcuterie board appealing in the first place. Half the charm of these spreads is the relaxed, artfully messy arrangement where everything sort of flows together and guests can pick and graze freely, not a sectioned off layout that looks more like a cafeteria tray than a party spread. If you entertain small groups and prefer an orderly presentation this might actually be exactly what you want, but if you're someone who likes to pile things up casually and let the board speak for itself, this probably isn't the right fit for you.
