We bought two of the 48x36 mirrors to use in a master bathroom renovation. They were exactly what we were looking for! Simple, elegant gold frames, very sturdy (~45lbs.) and absolutely perfect for the space. One of the mirrors came with a little bowing in it though which distorted the image, almost like a fun house. We were outside the 30 day Amazon return policy (bathroom reno took longer than expected, so we didn't notice the bowing until it was up on the wall), and Amazon wouldn't take it back without a $60 restocking fee. I contacted CHARMOR directly and Mia in customer service was fantastic! I sent her pictures of the distorted mirror, and she put in for a replacement to be sent to us at no cost. We received it in just a few days, and as you can see from the picture, it's on the wall and looks awesome! Mirror is simple and straight to the point and the rounded edges are a nice modern look. Only thing I will say about these mirrors is the cleats come with basic drywall anchors and screws and don’t really seem to secure the mirror. I drilled a whole centered in between the two hole and lined that with a stud and used toggle bolts for the outside holes and it’s super sturdy now. We scored this mirror for our bathroom redo when there was a $20 coupon available. It came well packed and is just as described. It can be hung vertically or horizontally and is not overwhelmingly heavy, but it comes with wall anchors, of course. I recommend it especially if you appreciate a more modern look. The light above is also from Amazon and I will offer a review of that as well. All in all, both items are a great score. ... show more
