The mirror is fine but it could use better hardware. The screws and drywall anchors that come with it are cheap and do not tighten. I used drywall anchors that I bought especially for this so it would hold the weight. The mirror is fine itself and looks good but they should spend a few more bucks on the hardware.

We bought two of the 48x36 mirrors to use in a master bathroom renovation. They were exactly what we were looking for! Simple, elegant gold frames, very sturdy (~45lbs.) and absolutely perfect for the space. One of the mirrors came with a little bowing in it though which distorted the image, almost like a fun house. We were outside the 30 day Amazon return policy (bathroom reno took longer than expected, so we didn't notice the bowing until it was up on the wall), and Amazon wouldn't take it back without a $60 restocking fee. I contacted CHARMOR directly and Mia in customer service was fantastic! I sent her pictures of the distorted mirror, and she put in for a replacement to be sent to us at no cost. We received it in just a few days, and as you can see from the picture, it's on the wall and looks awesome! I'd definitely buy again from CHARMOR...great quality and great customer service!
