I have been buying Charmin Ultra for years and I'm confused at some of the reviews saying you have to use more. The Charmin Ultra is thick so why is it you have to use more? A roll in our main bathroom lasts a long time. When I did start buying it through Amazon it was because Walmart would sometimes not have it. I have noticed that it has gone way up in price. When I travel (which I do a lot of) I always bring my own and now with the rest stop bathrooms claiming that drug users clean their needles with the rolls, now that is scary. I'll start bringing my own roll in there too, or just a few because I only need to pee. ... show more

As a senior citizen the skin naturally begins to thin. All skin. The Gentle Toilet Paper cleans without irritation. Although not as many sheets-neither males nor females have to buy additional creams as a result of irritation from other toilet paper. It even works great with Witch Hazel for cleaning the face. My skin is perfect as a result. Winter colds-much cheaper than kleenex! It does feel different than other toilet paper so you may have to use a few times to realize what you have missed. First time using Charmin.. my family thought I was splurging (I was) as I'm known to only buy the thinner TP. My kids claimed they suffered through childhood because of the thin stuff. Now, when they come visit they get this and it's like pulling out the red carpet to them!!
