I’ll try & be as detailed as I can because it’s not a bad trainer in my opinion. My favorite trainer brand is Yianna but they've been out of stock for almost 2months now (GREAT BUY BTW). CHARMIAN REVIEW: I am 5’2” 175lbs, measurements 38-35-42 ugh not cute but anywho ... Ordered a 2XL (32.7-34.5) according to measurements. First the smell grossed me out but I know how to eliminate it but can’t until I have the right one. (Baking soda & Apple Cider Vinegar soak w/air dry just FYI)... First level of hooks a little work but not difficult, FIRST SIGN I needed to go down a size. Wore it anyway just for trial & error (highly suggested). I’ve had it since Wednesday, today is Monday and it’s looser than it should be. WHEN you can relax your abdominals & see it uhm NOPE & today I’m able to move to the second hook easy...NOPE NOT GOOD. My theory, because it relaxed after just 4-5 days, I’m going down at least 2inches from my measurements not only will give me an extreme fit but will make sense after a few days wear. Honestly 4-5 days will give u it’s true fit if you wear it consistently I have. I wore it to work out & during the day. Average wear for me was 6-8 hours a day for 5 days. Why I gave it 5 stars? The fit all the way to the underarm back fat was excellent vs my Yianna & it's because of the adjustable strap. One thing I HIGHLY SUGGEST you pay attention to when reading these reviews is because they mixed & not specific to the same waist trainer. My review is SPECIFICALLY to the trainer with the adjustable straps. I did however order the other without the adjustable strap also for comparison. It’s quite a bit more sturdy & was too small in the same size. Highly recommend getting exact size or one up with that one. Returning today & should receive the new one tomorrow will try & give my theory results... #PEACE ... show more

This is my second corset in the Charmain brand and the only brand I will purchase going forward. I find these corsets to be very well constructed for the price point. This one does not disappoint. I usually wear corsets for aesthetics but wanted this one so that I could wear it underneath my clothing. I was looking for one that would not show underneath my clothes and this is it. I have this one on today with a light t-shirt and no one would know. Yet I am not getting any back pain, my posture is great and I feel overall supported. It's a win win. It is breathable and does not feel bulky at all. The straps are a plus for me as I get the benefit of the waist trainer but no sliding or having to adjust. I also like that its long enough for my torso but I can still wear my own bra with it. It's great. ... show more

Love the product! Workout with it almost every time I do workout. Only issue I have is I’ve only owned it for two months now and the top four closing clasps broke off so now I can’t close the top portion.. Still able to wear but it is not top quality but I guess you get what you pay for. Also it does fit true to size if anything mine is slightly big because it’s not true latex it is not as tight as other ones I’ve owned. ... show more

LOVE this product. I was hesitant about ordering one but I'm so glad that I did. I received the Charmian Women's steel boned latex waist trainer on time. The packaging was a little strange but once you open it you can kind of see why it had to be. Don't let it throw you off ;) you will be pleasantly surprised despite the packaging.The material is as described and seems really well made. I feel as though the clasps will hold up to any amount of pressure. It's comfortable and a great length, I was worried about where the bottom would cut off, if it would create a "muffin top" effect, but it goes down far enough creating a nice line. It's pretty easy to put on if you start at the bottom and work your way up. I am about 170lb 5.6" and went with the halter spaghetti strap option in black, size XXL. I can put it on the middle clasps comfortably and hope withing a bit of time I can move to the smallest ones before moving down to a smaller size all together, which I will be purchasing from this seller! The only reason I am giving 4stars is due to the straps bulging out in a funny way making my chest look odd. I am a 36 DD so it isn't because there is excess material. The reason I ordered this style over the classic corset style is because I wanted a clean line up my back and through my top as well. To avoid an "upside-down muffin top" if you will. Which I was right and there are much cleaner lines from top to bottom. There's just the weird bulge from the inside of my arms to the flush of my chest.I even tried adjusting the straps but it still just make my chest look a little odd. All together though I love this waist trainer and would absolutely recommend it to others and will be ordering another one! ... show more

I received this as a gift and to my surprise it works great. I suffer with lower back pain and it was a relief when I tried it on. So it’s doing double duty, waist training and relieving pain. It’s true to size. If you want a snug fit size down from waistband. My waist was 36 so I ordered the 2x and if I want to make it snug I can always adjust it too the third row of hooks. Buena calidad moldea muy bien el cuerpo y con el uso continuo he notado que mi cintura está más pequeña, lo único malo que veo es que no tiene suficiente varillas y después que llevas más de 3 meses usándolas se doblan y pierde la forma, y ya el ajuste no es tan efectivo.
