I've had this charger for over 6 months and it works just like you think it should. For travel, nothing can beat the fact that the usb-c, micro-usb, and lightning charger cords are built in. I like the display that indicates how much battery life is left. The one caution is that it doesn't appear to work well with charging my little headphones. This is the best gift I’ve ever bought! Every single person I have one too has loved it. The wall plug feature is a show stopper, you can bring it anywhere and know you can charge it . Battery life isn’t super long. If you bring it on a 6 hour car trip and use it the whole time it will wear down, and it takes hours to charge back up, but the battery shows the percentage left so it’s easy to manage. I’m known for my phone, iPad, headphones, etc. always being dead. So, my family, sick of me borrowing their devices, forced me to finally get an external charger. I’ve had a lot in the past, but they all seemed to stop working or I didn’t have the right cord - or typical - forgot the charger for the charger. This external charger though is ALL IN ONE. It acts as its own charger with the the wall plug conveniently attached, and it has all the different charging cables I need for my different devices. It comes with a nice carrying to keep it from getting scratched in my never ending purse. It is a bit heavy, but I’ll chalk that up to it being quality. I fly frequently so this is super handy. I bought a few of these so that I always have one charged to swipe out. I slide it in one of my side zippers. Not bulky at all. In addition, it conveniently fits in the backseats of the planes. I use it to charge my phone, my AirPods. You can connect a cord to it. And my kids love it to travel with to sporting events because it takes up almost no room. I love love love this! Worth the price. I’ve bought other brands. I wanted to get a backup charger for my wife for her to take with her when she travels in case she can't get to an outlet or use a car charger. This one has pretty great capacity at 10,000 mah, and I like the fact it is self-contained, with a fold out charging plug for the unit and cables for the devices built right in. It works great with her iphone, and it does have the iphone lightening charger plug as one of the options. That didn't seem totally clear in the advertisement, because iphone has now gone to a USB charging port instead of the lightening proprietary plug, so was glad to see that feature here. You can use it as a pass-through charger, to charge your phone or other device while it is plugged in. Came initially charged at 78%, took about 2 1/2 hours plugged in to a wall outlet to reach 100%. I tried it on my phone, which is in an Otter Box Defender series, and the plug would not fit due to the case, so if you have one of the heavier phone cases because you drop your phone a lot, you might have to take it out of the case to charge it with this battery pack. Not too big of a problem. My wife has a lighter duty Otter Box Commuter Series case on her phone, and the plug reaches in and connects with no problem. If the battery lasts like they say it should, this will be a great backup. Should get at least 2, maybe three full charges out of it before needing to recharge the unit's battery pack. ... show more

I like the array of plug options and no need for a wall plug. But it might be a little slow in charging itself and it wouldn’t fully charge my iPhone. I plan on using it some more and hoping that it was operator error on my part or perhaps impatience. I was planning on using this for travel so not a huge issue.
