As I've grown older, my skin has become much more sensitive, so I've been looking for foundations that work well with my maturing skin while not looking heavy or cakey. This one does fit the bill! This particular color also blends in well with my fairer-side-of-light-toned skin. Because it's on the pricier side, I use it when I want a nice medium coverage. If I want light coverage, I just stick with a tinted moisturizer or similar product. On it's own, this one doesn't hide all my discolorations perfectly, but it does give my skin a nice overall look. I have never tried using it without primer. Although, sometimes instead of priming first, I will mix a little primer into the foundation and use it that way. That has worked really well for me when I need to save time. My key likes. 1. Takes VERY little product to provide medium coverage. I haven't tried building it up to full coverage. 2. I'm not a makeup expert (didn't need much when I was younger!), so I've had to learn to blend foundation. This makeup made it easy for me. It just blends so well for a natural look. 3. It has not irritated my skin! My key dislikes. 1. It's pricey! 2. The tube packaging is a little weird? The pump is very nice, but the product doesn't stand on its own well, imo. I have mature combination skin. It was my first time trying this foundation. I don’t usually purchase high end makeup but took advantage of the Black Friday sale. Was I surprised at how gorgeous this foundation looked after applying a thin coat with a foundation brush. I love it so much that I immediately ordered a back up in the same shade.
