I think these are the most amazing socks I've ever owned. Thick, but not bulky, they are just right. I wore them yesterday in the house and we have had temps outside around 0 degrees F. I have had a hard time keeping the house warm without cranking the heat up super high, but my feet have stayed nice and warm without even putting on slippers. At first, I was worried that they were sort of rough feeling, but they didn't feel that way when I put them on. They were super cozy. Edit: I bought these again in January when they went on sale. Other than the colors, they are supposed to be the same socks, but the second set of socks are like totally different socks. They are much thinner and don't look at all the same. I was so disappointed. Now I'm hesitant to buy from this seller again. Will I get the socks I loved? Or this inferior set? They all say they are the same blend of wool and cashmere, and maybe they are, but there is definitely a different thickness in the socks from the first purchase in December and the second purchase in January. The first one came nicely packeaged in the box as shown in the pictures. The second one came vacuum packed in a flat packaged. They would not be appropriate for gift giving, for example. I didn't mind that so much, but don't show one thing and deliver something else. When I get time, I'll do pictures or a video to show the difference. ... show more

These socks are the softest, most comfortable socks I've ever worn. I didn't expect much -- I'm not a fan of toe seams. These aren't even noticeable. The colors are amazing, the for us perfect. They cannot go in a dryer, but that's not a deal breaker for me.

The socks are extra thick, which I suppose creates extra warmth. However, I have a pair of real cashmere socks that are on the thin side (about 1/3 as thick) but super warm, much warmer than these socks. Additionally, at the toe, there is a seam where the material was sewn together. This rubs sometimes against the toes and chafes. Because of the extra thickness, I cannot wear these socks with my regular sneakers as the fit is too tight and uncomfortable. I should have sent these back for a refund but since I wore them and washed them, I did not feel that I could do that. In future, I will have to only buy socks that I can see and "feel" for myself. ... show more
